What started as a small food business built from the ground up grew through conversations with customers, countless samples, and the simple experience of watching people taste our chimichurri for the first time—and come back for more.

Our chimichurri was inspired by a recipe shared with us by an Argentine chef. We took that inspiration and developed it into the fresh, vibrant chimichurri that has become the heart of Alinar Foods.

For us, the farmers market has always been more than a place to sell food. It's where we built relationships, listened to our customers, learned what people loved, and watched our product become part of their everyday meals.

Today, Alinar Foods has grown beyond the farmers market and into local butcher shops, cafés, and restaurants throughout Southern California. But we haven't forgotten where it all started.

We still believe in making food that is fresh, flavorful, and made with care—and we love hearing from the people who discover a new way to use our chimichurri.
